He came over the same day to look at the job (a kitchen back splash and fireplace surround), ordered the tile and came a week later to complete the job. It looks fantastic! Mike runs a great business. He reviews the job and your specific requirements before starting. He truly aims to please and makes sure that he does. We had a shower floor that had loose tiles, crumbling, grout, and just looked terrible. We tried for years to get a tile company to come out and fix it. We finally found Mike’s at Prime Tile. He scheduled an appointment to look at the job. Provided a fair quote. Came out and repaired the floor. Not only was he responsive and did an absolutely GREAT job repairing the floor, he’ just a really nice guy and so easy to work with. We keep looking at the floor and smiling. So happy with his work.
